Cartridge filters/filter elements are extensively used in industry due to their special design providing efficient air filtration, namely in:

  • Powder coating chambers
  • Sandblasting/shot-blasting chambers
  • In equipment designed for filtering industrial dust
  • Separation of sander dust
  • Pharmaceutical industry, etc.



These filters are characterized by an extensive filtration area, and the material intended for filtration is selected in accordance with the pollution compound of the purified air, therefore it perfectly retains fine particles of dust, gases, and smoke.

It is possible to use filter material with additional properties: antistatic, water-oil-repellent, has special membranes, etc.




They are made of 100% polyester fiber with non-woven structure; polyurethane. Activated carbon can be added to remove odors and can be used in a wide range of air parameters.

The range of Baltic Filter includes sleeve & bag filters. Filters are designed for a variety of filtration systems, as well as for different compounds of polluted air.

Filters can be either of standard sizes, or custom-made according to the customer’s order. They are made of a wide range of non-woven and woven filter materials being selected according to the properties of the dust and the factors of the working environment.

A labyrinth type pleated paper filter is designed to trap and accumulate paint mist generated when liquid paints are sprayed into paint booths.

The pleated paper filter can be used in painting booths with both vertical and horizontal ventilation flows. Due to its V-shape, the pleated labyrinth filter traps 4-6 times more paint particles produced by spraying than traditional fiberglass filters.







Cassette filters are used almost in all areas of industrial ventilation and air conditioning systems. Depending on the design and the material used, they can provide different degrees of air purification (G2-G4).

Cassette filters with the addition of activated carbon purify air. Polyurethane cassette filters can also be washed with water.

Pocket filters have a wide range of applications: operating rooms, hospitals and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

Industrial sectors such as chemical industry, power generation, microelectronics, pharmaceuticals, food processing, optics, microbiology, medicine, etc.

G4 and M5 filters are made of synthetic fibers formed into filter bags, hermetically sealed in a body being a galvanized metal collector. The tapered structure guarantees high dust-holding capacity of the sleeves. F6, F7, F8 and F9 filters are made of synthetic fibers and specially designed tapered sleeves providing smooth airflow at low pressure drops.

The sleeves are heat-sealed and tightly mounted in a galvanized metal body without glue.







Panel filters provide a high class of air purification and have the following features:

They can be made of filter materials with the addition of activated carbon to purify air or other gases from organic contaminants of low concentrations. They are characterized by high adsorption capacity.




Compact filters are designed for air purification in supply ventilation, air conditioning systems, as well as in industrial air preparation systems, including in air inlet filters at compressor stations, compressor shops, in front of gas turbine plants. Sorption compact filters (with the addition of activated carbon) are used to absorb various chemicals in the air, as well as to remove odors.
Compact filters are fine filters (filtration classes F6-F8 H10-H13). The use of materials with high performance and low aerodynamic resistance allows significantly increasing the service life of the filter.




HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) FILTERS

HEPA filters are high efficiency ultra-fine air filters for applications such as microelectronics, medicine, pharmaceuticals, food processing, microbiology, chemistry laboratories, hospitals and operating rooms of hospitals, laminar-flow cabinets, fan filter units, nuclear power and nuclear power research.

These filters are used to filter aerosols, for example, particulate air pollutants up to 0.1 µm, to trap suspended matters – viruses, microorganisms, toxic dust.

The main characteristics of the offered HEPA filters are:

The filter models are available with a separator made of aluminum, heat-resistant filter material, a stainless steel body, and a seal made of polyurethane gel.




High efficiency compact HEPA filters can be used in continuous or intermittent air flow systems. Made of galvanized/stainless steel sheet/ABS plastic, the body can be W-type with mini pleated filter bags installed inside. Compared to flat HEPA filters, compact HEPA filters can efficiently increase the filtration area, reduce the percentage of damage to the filter material, and reduce energy consumption.




Purpose: purification of air from hydrocarbons, organic substances and other compounds. They are designed for adsorption of odors (deodorization), adsorption of VOCs and low-toxic gases in industrial and non-industrial air purification plants. Efficient adsorption is ensured by using the most suitable adsorption medium. The cartridges are made of painted metal mesh filled with activated carbon and connected to a quick fastening system to the base plate for 8 or 16 cartridges. The special cartridge design simplifies cartridge maintenance and carbon replacement.

An electrostatic filter is designed to purify air from the finest dust, aerosols, smoke, soot particles, soot, that is, any mechanical and aerosol particles. It is the optimal solution for removing solid, liquid and biological aerosols from the air.
