UAB “BALTIC FILTER” ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION, AUTOMOBILE FILTERS, INDUSTRIAL AND INDOOR AIR FILTRATION ELEMENTS QUALITY MANAGEMENT POLICY
Key objectives:
- To produce quality automotive and industrial filters, to meet the highest customer needs and to minimise the environmental impact of our operations;
- Fulfilling contractual obligations to customers and partners;
- Expanding and improving activities. Improve production technology and technical innovation.
Operational principles:
- Continuous improvement of the company’s management system in accordance with the requirements of IATF16949, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001 standards;
- Systematically upgrade the skills of all levels of staff;
- Ensuring that each employee is responsible for the quality of the products and for the quality of his/her own work within the scope of his/her duties and competences;
- Work in accordance with the principles of business ethics and respect for people;
- Maintain mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers and partners. To expand the circle of trusted suppliers and partners;
- Periodically assess performance and set goals and targets for sustainable and targeted improvement of business processes.

Baltic Filter’s quality and environmental policy is available to the public. All employees and persons working on behalf of the organisation are familiar with this policy and are required to comply with its provisions in their activities. The policy shall be reviewed at least once a year by the top management.
